My grandfather and parents prayed at home with rosaries and sang hymns. My grandfather led the prayer with hymns. My grandfather never mentioned the drum or if it was ever used, it was not discussed. He only spoke about Christianity. I never heard him talk about the drumming nor from the other elders for that matter. That’s what I remember and what I know.
