I recall that livestock being kept there, horses and chickens. Horses were used for logging and cows provided milk. The milk was provided to us at school. The milk was occasionally spoiled. Horse meat was sometimes eaten. It wasn’t that good; I could barely eat it sometimes. That’s what I recall about the livestock.
